What to wear

Loose fitting clothes with runners. Please remove all jewellery (wedding bands permitted).

All classes are broken up into three 20 minute blocks.

  1. 20 minute warm
  2. 20 minutes technique drill workshop
  3. 20 minute application workshop

The warm-up will cover loosening up exercises, then move to martial arts cardio exercises to warm up, and and the light stretching. These warm-up exercises are run at a beginner level and change regularly depending on class programs.

The technique drill workshop. Students will be divided into individual groups (eg under 10 lessons). Here you will be shown techniques that will be broken down and drilled, making them easy to learn.

The application workshop. Students will be paired up to practice the new technique in a safe and fun way.

Once you start you’ll be hooked!

If you prefer to email us, you can email the Dandenong school at inquiry@lifestylekungfu.com or Oakleigh at lkfo@me.com.
